A Passion
Collier Farms began in 2017 when my wife and I decided we didn't want to rely so heavily on commercial food suppliers. For various quality and ethical reason, we began raising our own meat, its been a steep learning curve as neither myself or my wife come from farming backgrounds, but to say the journey has been worth it, would be an understatement. Its this passion and fruits of this journey we wish to share with our friends and neighbors, passing the tradition on, though food and the enjoyment of community that it brings!
